Noella Hanan Studio

Writers often say they continually create stories in their heads. As a visual artist, I continually create art in my mind. Although the focus of my work over the years has been in pottery and clay sculpture, I enjoy dabbling in many art forms including needle felting, photography, print making and drawing. Inspired by many things, my work tends to be eclectic in style. I'm always looking for new mediums, methods and outcomes.

My portfolio is based on my eclectic nature. Primarily I work in clay but the breadth of media and techniques I use has increased as I try to achieve new outcomes. Needle felting, wood carving, photography, painting, silk screen print making, block printing, and finger painting. I find and keep what works and am always watching for what might be fun to try or help to achieve an effect. It's all about art and creativity.
